Website design: Design a credible, measurable website around the decisions real buyers need to make.

Lumaivo plans and builds responsive business websites with clear information architecture, useful service content, accessible interaction and a measurement-ready enquiry path.

What this service is for

Start with the business meaning, then make the technical route explicit.

A business website needs to explain the offer, establish trust and help the right visitor take the next step. Visual design matters, but it sits inside a wider system: audience, search intent, content evidence, navigation, performance, accessibility, analytics and ongoing ownership.

We work from the approved brand and real business facts, shape the page architecture, prototype the key journeys and build the production-ready frontend. Unsupported awards, metrics, customer names and generic AI imagery are kept out. The result should look distinctive because it reflects the business, not because it follows a trend.

Where it becomes useful

Common use cases, framed around the decision or hand-off.

01

New business site

Create a clear first public presence with services, trust signals, contact routes and a maintainable technical foundation.

02

Evidence-led redesign

Restructure an existing site around real buyer questions, proof gaps and conversion journeys while preserving useful equity.

03

Service-page expansion

Turn a broad offer into helpful dedicated pages with distinct intent, internal links and measurable next steps.

Method

A controlled route from discovery to an accepted output.

  1. 01

    Discover

Confirm audiences, services, evidence, brand constraints, operating needs and the actions the site must support.

  2. 02

    Architect

Design the URL structure, navigation, page hierarchy, content responsibilities and internal links.

  3. 03

    Prototype

Create responsive layouts and interaction patterns for the most important journeys before full build-out.

  4. 04

    Build

Implement semantic, accessible, performance-conscious pages with real copy and production-ready metadata.

  5. 05

    Verify

Test builds, routes, forms, mobile layouts, browser behaviour, metadata and agreed measurement before release review.

Typical deliverables

What the review-ready work can contain.

  • Audience, content and page-architecture brief
  • Responsive page designs within the approved brand system
  • Implemented website or review-ready release candidate
  • Metadata, structured data and crawlable internal links
  • Accessible enquiry and contact journey
  • QA, ownership and handover documentation

Boundaries

What stays explicit instead of being over-promised.

  • Client claims, logos, testimonials and outcomes require approval before publication.
  • The build does not replace missing evidence with invented social proof.
  • Tracking remains consent-aware and limited to agreed, useful events.
  • Publishing, DNS and production changes follow an explicit release approval.

Questions before the first conversation

Plain answers, with the limits left in.

Do you design and build the website?

Yes. Scope can include information architecture, content shaping, responsive design, frontend implementation, metadata, forms and release QA. The exact platform and ownership model are agreed first.

Can you work with an existing brand?

Yes. We preserve approved visual tokens and components, then extend them consistently. A full rebrand is a separate decision.

Will the site be search-ready?

The build can include semantic HTML, crawlable content, route metadata, canonicals, structured data, sitemap support and internal links. Rankings still depend on competition, authority, evidence and ongoing work.

Can you redesign without losing existing URLs?

Where URLs already have value, the plan should preserve them or use direct permanent redirects to the closest replacement. Redirect and sitemap changes are reviewed together.

What do you need from us?

Approved business facts, service priorities, brand assets, access to the current platform where relevant, and a decision-maker for content and release approval.

Start with the messy version. Make the first useful outcome explicit.

Send the systems, reports, constraints and decisions involved. Lumaivo will help define a bounded first step and the evidence needed to accept it.
